Career Fairs & Sales Conferences
Better visibility and branding were needed at HR and sales events. I designed new exhibit booth materials including banners, handouts, rack cards, merchandise, and table cloths. The goal was to create eye-catching, clean, and modern materials that were easy to read quickly as people walked by.
My Process
- Met with the team to identify challenges and goals
- Defined audience, key messages, budget, timelines, booth size, and any venue rules that affect materials and structures
- Researched and wrote content
- Created designs and updated templates, with attention on readability and brand consistency
- Reviewed drafts with team and implemented feedback
- Acquired expense approvals and made purchases
- Managed logistics of event materials
- Created posts and shared on social media
- Analyzed post-event with the team what worked and what needed improvement
